We will examine how people and communities have been represented, misidentified, overlooked or interpreted through the perspectives of others. Guided discussion will connect these questions to medicine: what is observed vs. assumed, whose account leads the story, how authority shapes interpretation, and what changes if and when there is more context.
We are excited to announce that Jenny Milne of the HeartLife Foundation will share her lived experience alongside clinical knowledge, reinforcing the role of patients as active partners in understanding illness, treatment and care.
